"An Act relating to the use, operation, and regulation of boats;              
establishing a uniform state waterway marking system; and                      
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
Representative Phillips placed a call of the House.                            
                                                                               
The Speaker stated the call was satisfied.
